A Japanese Recipe That Will Make You Look 10 Years Younger

However, there is a Japanese recipe which recently became very popular, after it was proven to be very effective, even weeks after the first use.

The recipe is based on rice, because it contains squalene and linoleic acid – two beneficial acids which have a powerful antioxidant effect, but also the power to stimulate collagen production and thus eliminate wrinkles.

Rice (3 tablespoons of);
Honey (1 tablespoon of);
Milk (1 tablespoon of).

First of all, boil the rice for 2 minutes. After you finish, drain the rice but save the water in which the rice was cooked for later.

Add one tablespoon of warm milk and one tablespoon of honey into your rice and stir everything well.

Once you have your facial mask ready, apply it to your face and keep it on until it dries. When it dries, wash your face with the rice water you saved.
